    Claxon Tournaments Pte. Ltd. is an events management company based in Singapore which hosts esports events across the globe. We focus primarily on Asia, and feature active branches in Europe, South America and more.

Tournaments

  1. When is the next tournament?

    We will announce the next event through our social media platforms once we are ready to launch. We take extensive time and effort to plan, execute and improve our events for your entertainment. Be sure to follow our social media platforms below to support us and stay up to date for the next tournament.

  2. How do I join a tournament?

    A step-by-step guide on how to register will be released onto our Discord Hub, so be sure to join them!

  3. Why was I disqualified?

    Your team may be disqualified for breaking the tournament rules, our code of conduct, or any relevant terms of service. After reading through these policies, if you think you were disqualified unfairly, do raise a ticket through our Discord Hub, our upper management will assist you shortly.

  4. How do I withdraw from the tournament?

    Kindly contact our on-ground staff team through our Discord Hubs. They are prepared and ready to assist you accordingly.

Prizes

  1. What are the prizes?

    Prizes will be announced through our social media platforms prior to each event.

  2. How do I receive the prizes?

    Teams must appoint a team captain to receive the prizes on the team’s behalf.

    Team Captain must be of legal age (18 years old) to receive monetary prizes, or appoint a legal adult to receive on their behalf.

    Team Captain to ensure they have a verified supported payment method. (ie. Paypal)

    For in-game rewards, players must ensure all information submitted upon registration is correct.

    Players should avoid changing their account details from registration until the prizes have been awarded.

  3. How long does it take for prizes to be sent?

    Prizes will be sent within 2-8 Weeks after an event has ended.

    Prize distribution may be delayed for up to 4 additional weeks due to issues faced on the back end, disputes during the tournament, regulatory issues, etc.

  4. Where are my prizes?

    Claxon Tournaments is not responsible for the prizes distributed by sponsors. We will try our best to choose the right partners for every event, and hold them accountable as necessary. If they still fail to deliver, we may decide to reimburse prizes to participants on our own, depending on the circumstances.
